Announcement: year one recruitment is complete. Welcome to our new postdoctoral researchers

Year One recruitment is complete, and the CLIMPACT team is now in place. Today we introduce the first two postdoctoral researchers joining the project: Dr. Carlotta Garofalo and Dr. Enrico Buono . Our two doctoral researchers have also been selected, and we will introduce them shortly. They join at the moment Research Line A begins — the analysis of some 300 climate cases brought against public actors, and the first large-scale effort to measure what those cases actually change in law, policy, and public debate once the ruling is behind us. In September we launch CLIMPACT Conversations, our podcast. The series will bring together scholars, practitioners and policymakers working on climate litigation and its consequences. For the first episode, the whole team sits down together to explain what CLIMPACT is doing and why: the research design, the two research lines, and the questions that shaped the project. More is coming on the CLIMPACT Inaugural Conference, Shaping the Future of Climate Litigation Research, in Bari on 12–13 October. The Call for Papers has just closed, and the programme will be published soon after. Carlotta, Enrico — welcome to CLIMPACT.
