We collect personal data through two forms on our website:

Newsletter Subscription Form:

Purpose: to send you updates about CLIMPACT activities, publications, events, and research outcomes

Contribution and Suggestions Form:

Purpose: to receive, process, and potentially follow up on your suggestions regarding climate cases, jurisprudential updates, or reflections on climate litigation impacts

We will retain your personal data for the duration of the CLIMPACT project (four years from collection) unless you withdraw your consent or request deletion earlier. After this period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
