Rapporteurs Panel for Australasia

The Australasia Rapporteurs Panel covers climate litigation in Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific Islands, and Asia. Members bring specialized understanding of a vast and diverse region where litigation ranges from fossil fuel project approvals and corporate disclosure in common law jurisdictions to emerging climate cases across South and East Asian legal systems — a context that encompasses both acute climate vulnerability and rapidly evolving regulatory frameworks.
