Rapporteurs Panel for Europe


The Europe Rapporteurs Panel assembles scholars and practitioners with firsthand knowledge of climate litigation across European jurisdictions, including proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights, the Court of Justice of the EU, and national courts. Members illuminate the complexities of a uniquely dense regulatory environment and of the landmark judgments that have redefined the relationship between climate obligations and fundamental rights.
