Rapporteurs Panel for North America

Given the exceptional volume and doctrinal sophistication of North American cases — spanning tort liability, securities regulation, constitutional rights, and subnational policy — panel members contribute essential expertise on jurisdictions that have generated the largest share of global climate litigation.
