Rapporteurs Panel for North America

The North America Rapporteurs Panel comprises scholars specializing in climate litigation in the United States and Canada. Given the exceptional volume and doctrinal sophistication of North American cases — spanning tort liability, securities regulation, constitutional rights, and subnational policy — panel members contribute essential expertise on jurisdictions that have generated the largest share of global climate litigation.
